Where does the ferry embark and disembark?

From Port Klang to Pulau Ketam, you may embark at Port Klang SOUTH PORT PASSENGER TERMINAL

From Pulau Ketam to Port Klang, you may embark at Pulau Ketam Jetty.

What type of ferry are you using?

We are using high speed ferry. It takes approximately 40 minutes to travel from Port Klang Jetty to Pulau Ketam. During low tide, the journey will take slightly longer due to different travel route.

What time must we be at the port?

You must check-in at least 5 minutes before departure time, preferably be at the terminal 20 minutes before departure.

Where can I buy ticket?

You may purchase the ferry ticket from Alibaba Pulau Ketam Cruises Ticket Counter located both at Port Klang Pulau Ketam Jetty.
You may also purchase the ticket upon boarding the ferry.

Is there any group travel discount?

Can I buy a return ticket?

Yes, you may purchase a return ticket at cheaper rate in comparison with purchasing two single trip tickets. Kindly refer to the Schedule and Fares section for details.

Is life jacket provided onboard?

Yes, we do provide life jackets. They are a standard safety feature on ferries and are located under the seats.

Is travel insurance covered in the fares?

No, travel insurance is not included in passenger ferry fares. We recommend that passengers hold personal or travel insurance. Purchasing ticket online via easybook.com do have option to add-on optional travel insurance.

What is the luggage allowance per passenger?

The allowance is a mid-size trolley bag per pax. You can also have a small hand carry which goes at the overhead rack.

Do children under 4 years old need to pay for a ticket?

Children under 4 years old is FOC, provided each child is accompanied with a paying adult.

What age qualifies for a child ticket?

Children aged 4 to 12 can travel with a child ticket.
